We’re Uniqo Smart Appliance, the operator of this website. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “our,” that’s who we mean. If you’re in the EU/UK, we act as the “data controller” for the information described here.

Stuff you hand us directly. If you email us or fill in a form, we get your name, email, and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply and help you.
Stuff collected automatically. Like almost every website, we log basic technical data when you visit — your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you land on, and how you got here. This helps us understand what’s working and fix what isn’t.
Cookies and tracking. Small files that remember things between visits. We use them for two main jobs:

- Affiliate tracking — when you click a link to Amazon or another retailer, a cookie lets them credit us if you buy. This is how the site earns its keep. These cookies are set by the retailer, under their rules.

We take sensible steps to protect your information. No website on earth can promise perfect security, but we treat your data the way we’d want ours treated.
Kids
This site is built for adults shopping for their homes. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us information, tell us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If the way we handle data changes, we’ll update this page and move the “last updated” date. Big changes, we’ll flag clearly.
